摘要
介绍一种由热敏二极管作为传感器的温度控制电路，其电路简单，温度控制范围宽，精度较高，控制温度无级可调。该电路与ＳＭＢ－３５型数字显示面板连接，可实现温度的数字显示。
In this paper,a digital controlled temperature circuit that contains THERMAL DIODE and OPERATION AMPLIFIER is designed successfully.Its circuit is very simple,controlling scope is wider,precision is higher,temperature can be regulated without grade.Its circuit can realize digital displayed temperature if that connects with SMB 35 which is a digital displayed board.
