摘要
为探讨雏鸡硒缺乏时甲状腺的超微结构病理学变化,选用1日龄健康海兰褐雏鸡120只,随机分成2组,每组60只,试验组饲喂低硒饲料(硒含量0.014mg/kg);对照组饲喂全价饲料(硒含量0.375mg/kg)。分别于10、20、30、40日龄制作甲状腺组织超薄切片,在电子显微镜下观察了甲状腺超微结构的变化。结果表明,硒的缺乏严重地损伤了甲状腺的超微结构,尤其是甲状腺滤泡细胞的膜结构。
To investigate the pathogenesis of thyroid ultrastructure of chicken with selenium deficiency,one-day-age Hy-Line brown chicken (n=120)were divided randomly 2 groups (60 per group). The chicken in experiment group were fed with selenium-deficiency feed (concentration of selenium was 0.014 mg/kg);control group chicken were fed with the basic feed (concentration of selenium was 0.375mg/kg). The samples of thyroid tissue were collected and uhrathin sections were made.The ultrastructure of thyroid of 10,20,30,40,days age was observed by the electron microscope. The results showed that deficiency of selenium could affect the ultrastructure of thyroid seriously ,especially the membrane structure of thyroid follicular cells.
