Research on Electronic Traffic Assistant Administrator for City Streets

电子交通协管员主要用在城市的交通路口，该系统能及时准确地把交通信号和行人及非机动车辆的态势实时地传送给交通控制中心，交通控制中心将根据当前现场的状况进行柔性处理。本文主要讨论了关于电子交通协管员系统的硬件设计、主程序和语音播放子程序的流程等关键问题。

Electronic Traffic Assistant Administrators are mainly mounted at the traffic intersection. The equipments could transmit timely and accurately to the Traffic Center via network, the realtime situation of traffic signals, pedestrians and non-motor vehicles, which enables the center to flexibly deal with the realtime field situation. The paper is mainly about the hardware design, the flowcharts of main program, voice prompt subprogram and other major problems related to the system of traffic assistant administrator.
