摘要
成都金堂电厂一期2×600MW燃煤机组新建工程水集中控制系统包括锅炉补给水、循环水、综合水泵房及净化站、凝结水精处理、工业废水、制氢站、化学加药等子系统。该控制系统共配置了7套罗克韦尔AB的ControlLogix系列冗余处理器及其I/O模件、9台操作员站、5个电源柜及23个远程I/O机柜，远程机架与控制器通过ControlNet相连。系统的控制编程软件采用LOGIX5000，操作员站监控组态软件采用RSVIEW32。该系统应用较为成功，其系统构成和策略值得借鉴。
A new-built water centralized control system for 2x600MW coal-burning unit of the first stage in Chengdu Jintang Power Plant consists of subsystems of boiler water replenishment, circulating water, comprehensive water pump ＆ purification station, coagulated water refining treatment, industrial waste water, hydrogen making station and chemicals adding system ,etc. The control system is equipped with seven sets of ControlLogix series redundancy processor by Rockwell AB Company and its I/O modules, nirie operator stations, five power supply cabinets and twenty three remote I/O cabinets which are connected to the controllers through ControlNet. LOGIX5000 is used as the system control programming software and RSVIEW32 as operator stations monitoring configuration software. The application of the system is satisfactory and the system structure and strategy is worth using for reference.
