摘要
电磁支承系统结构参数的正确设计,是保证其悬浮支承能力及稳定可靠运行的前提.以某导弹参数测试平台中所采用的电磁推力支承系统为例,对系统结构设计的主要公式进行了详细的推导,解决了设计中存在的主要问题,其中包括系统结构型式的选择,电磁铁静态工作点的确定,偏磁电流、控制电流及启浮电流的计算,线圈发热及温升校核等.文章还同时给出了有关电磁推力支承系统结构参数的具体工程设计步骤,具有一定的实际指导意义.
The correct design of constructional parameters for electromagnetic supporting systems plays an important role in system operation, because it can guarantee to provide sufficient carrying capacity which makes electromagnetic supporting system operate safely and reliably. In this paper, by taking an example of designing the constructional parameters of an electromagnetic thrust supporting system used in parameters' testing rig for missiles, the detail derivations for the main design formulae of the constructional parameters are carried out, such as the calculation of excited current and coil's temperature. The analysis for selecting the main parameters such as constructional pattern and flux density of electromagnet are also carried out. Based on this ,the method and steps for designing the electromagnetic thrust supporting system are given and proved to be effective in engineeringoriented design.
