卫士Ⅰ号口服液对小白鼠白细胞数量的影响

Influence of Guardian No.1 Oral Liquid on the Amounts of Leuko Cytes in Mouse

用环磷酰胺灌胃造成小鼠白细胞减少，用卫士Ⅰ号口服液进行预防和治疗研究，并与肌苷组对比．结果表明：该制剂不仅对环磷酰胺所致小鼠白细胞减少具有显著治疗作用，而且对不明原因的小鼠低白细胞亦有明显升高作用；与肌苷组相比较，卫士Ⅰ号升高白细胞的作用明显优于肌苷组．

Guardian No.1 oral liquid is used in this experiment to prevent and cure the leukopenia in mouse induced by cyclo phospharnide administration,while inosine is used as a control drug.The results show that Guardian No.1 has significant effect in curing leukopenia in mouse caused by cyclo phosphamide administration or by some unkown reasons.The leukocyte increasing effect of Guardian No.1 is signicantly better than that of inosine (P<0.01).
