新时期如何构建现代远程开放大学后勤保障体系

本文分析了远程开放大学后勤工作现状和主要问题,例如校园整体规划设计滞后、财产和仪器设备动态管理欠缺、对关系师生切身利益问题深度关注不够等,制约着学校后勤管理水平全面提升。重点论述了新时期以科学发展观为指导,构建现代远程开放大学后勤保障体系需做好以下三方面的工作:一是以解放思想为动力,牢固树立以教学为中心工作的服务思想,积极推动后勤社会化改革和信息化建设;二是以科学发展观为指导,坚持协调可持续发展,着力建设美丽校园、节约校园和文化校园;三是以"人本理念"为原则,提高后勤管理人员素质,用心搭建沟通交流平台,切实解决师生广泛关注的热点问题。

The paper analyzes the current situations in the open distance university and discusses major obstacles preventing the upgrading of its logistics management level,such as the lag of an overall campus planning behind its development,ill management of the property and facilities,inadequate attention to the issues closely related to the interests of both its teachers and students.Guided by the concept of scientific development,the paper focuses on the following three aspects to build a logistics supporting system in the modern long-distance open university currently: first,the mind shall be emancipated as the driving force,and be teaching-oriented,to actively promote the reform of logistics socialization and informationazition;second,coordinated and sustainable development shall be upheld to build a beautiful,economical and cultural campus;third,principle of human-centralism being adhered to,logistics management and its employees shall actively respond to the needs of teachers and students and effectively resolve their problems.
