当前我国社会利益格局的多元化趋势进一步发展,利益分化、利益冲突现象日益严重。这种状况对社会主义和谐社会的建设提出了严峻的考验。这就要求我们在建设社会主义和谐社会的过程中,必须有效地协调各种利益矛盾,更好地维护社会稳定,促进社会和谐。要实现这个目的,就必须构建起一套包括利益引导机制、利益表达机制、利益约束机制、利益补偿机制和利益博弈机制在内的利益协调机制。

At this time,the pattern of social interests in our country tends to become more multi-polarized,with problems involving interests gap and conflict getting more seriously.These have posed a severe threat to the building of a harmonious socialist society,which appeals for the effective coordination of contradictions,maintenance of social stability and enhancement of social harmony.Thus,coordination mechanism shall be established to govern,guide,embody,compensate and balance people's various interests.
