我国农民工问题的现状考察及成因分析

Current Situation and Causes of the Issue of Rural Workers in China

"农民工"是20世纪80年代中期中国社会转型时期形成的特殊社会群体,是工业化、城镇化建设进程中出现的新事物。这一特殊群体的出现,由于制度和体制的种种障碍,他们在城市里受到了极不公平的待遇,从而产生了一系列农民工问题,它不但影响到城市的稳定和繁荣,同时也影响到新农村建设的实现。因此,必须对我国农民工问题的现状及成因进行深入分析,有利于农民工问题的解决和城镇化、现代化的健康发展,推进和谐社会的进程。

The social group of rural workers has gradually come into being,deriving from farmers,along with the process of industrialization and urbanization in China since mid-1980s.However,they undergo unfair treatment in cities because of organic or policy obstacles,resulting in a series of problems.Since the issue is vital for the smooth resolution of the Three Problems,of Farmers the sound development of industrialization and urbanization,the construction of a society of fairness,equality,harmony and stability,and the realization of Chinese modernization,it shall be studied in depth,with the focus on the maintenance of urban stability and prosperity,and the attainment of modernized rural areas.
