城市居民宠物犬饲养问题的社会学思考

当前,我国饲养宠物犬已经成为城市居民消费的新热点。然而,由于相关法律法规不完善、职能部门管理不力及部分养犬者素质低下等原因,宠物犬饲养引发的问题越来越多。为此,必须通过完善法律制度、实行严格管理以及加强教育宣传等措施规范居民养犬行为,实现人与动物间的和谐共处。

Nowadays pets raising become a new focus of consumption for city residents.There create more and more problems because of no enough relative regulations,the functional departments unefficient,raiser＇s quality inferior.So we must regulate resident＇s raising behavior,promote the peaceful coexistence of human and animal,through perfect legal system,severe administration and strengthening education and promotion and other means.
