摘要
关于贿赂罪,我国现行《刑法》规定有行贿罪等6个罪名。这些罪名之间既相互联系,又相互区别。分析比较其中相近易混的罪名对完善立法和司法实践具有指导意义。应修改《刑法》有关条款、归并单位行贿罪和介绍贿赂罪,以更好地从严打击贿赂犯罪。
There are six briberies in the present Penal Code in our country. They are closely related to each other and also distinguish from each other. It is significant for us to compare and analyze these briberies in the work of perfecting legislation and judicial practice. We should modify ,some items in Penal Code so as to punish severely the briberies.
