摘要
职能制组织结构存在内部交易成本较高、分工过细、组织结构臃肿等问题,阻碍企业发展。企业可以运用业务流程再造理论,以顾客需求为导向,充分利用信息技术,以流程团队为基本单元,实现组织结构再造。
The organizational structure with functional system has the problems of the relatively higher dealing cost, meticulous distribution and overstaffed organizational structures, which seriously impedes the development of enterprises. Enterprises can apply the theory of reconstructing the business process, with the guidance of customers~ demands, and the application of information technology, to realize the reconstruction of organizational structure.
