摘要
根据我国中部某省医科类大学本科毕业生3年就业状况的统计分析,毕业生就业层次定位偏高,对地区选择性较强,就业渠道也有所拓宽。高校要加大就业指导工作力度,促进毕业生就业,使人才得到合理配置。
According to the statistical analysis of medical undergraduates in ,some central province in the past three years, their goal is higher, and they have strong preference for the selection of district and the channel for employment is broadened. University should strengthen the guidance for job-seeking, help them find job and make employment disposition reasonably.
