摘要
近十多年来我国关于教学监控能力的研究,主要是教学监控能力的基本理论研究、测量工具的开发与应用以及影响因素、发展性、培养性、应用性等研究。今后应多加强实证研究和横向比较研究。
The researches of teacher regulation ability in the last decade mainly are as follows: the fundamental theory research of teaching monitoring ability, the development of measuring tools, and the researches of influential factors, development, training and application etc. We should strengthen empirical research and lateral comparative research in the future.
