独立学院毕业生就业特征分析——以浙江大学宁波理工学院为例

Employment Characteristics of Independent College Graduates: Taken Ningbo Institute of Technology of Zhejiang University as Example

独立学院是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,其毕业生就业状况备受社会关注。本文以浙江大学宁波理工学院为例,从就业质量、流向、专业、社会评价、学生就业心理和学校就业指导等方面初步分析了独立学院大学生的就业特征。

With the rapid development, independent colleges have been an important part of higher education system in China. And the employment problem of independent college graduates has caused wide public concern. This paper, taken Ningbo institute of technology of Zhejiang university as example, makes a preliminary analysis on employment characteristics of independent college graduates from the perspective of employment quality, the main orientation of employment, social assessment, school employment psychological services, and so on.
