摘要
中小学校长在管理学校的过程中,当其权力行为有违现有规范或秩序,出现价值观迷失等,必然会阻滞学校的健康发展。本文对校长在权力使用过程中行为失范的含义、影响及其类型进行了分析,以便采取有力措施予以纠正。
In the process of managing school, some principals' behaviors can't conform to existing regulations, and deviate from the correct direction, which is not conducive to the healthy development of the schools. This paper analyzes the influence and types of irregular behaviors of principals, with the expectation that these views are helpful to build up new conceptions and do some favor to the current reforms on teaching.
