致密动脉征的CT表现对早期脑梗塞的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的提高对致密动脉征的认识,探讨其在早期脑梗死诊断中的价值。方法对26例一侧大脑中动脉梗死患者的CT资料进行回顾性分析,所有病例均做了发病早期(1~6h)CT扫描及发病后24h小时CT扫描,均经临床诊断。结果26例患者发病早期(1~6h)的CT检查均见一侧大脑中动脉致密动脉征,呈"条状"或"点状",CT值大于60Hu;发病后24h复查,该侧大脑中动脉血供区均呈大片状低密度影。结论致密动脉征结合典型的临床表现,在早期脑动脉梗死诊断中具有重要意义。 Objective To study the value of the dense artery sign of middle cerebral artery (MCA) in the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction with spiral CT. Methods The CT features of 26 cases were reviewed retrospectively. All cases were examined with spiral CT both within 6 and 24 hours after the onset of the disease, and diagnosed by clinic. Results It was found that the dense artery sign of MCA existed in the first CT scanning. The dense artery sign of MCA was like a "stick" or "punctiform", and its CT value was over 60 Hu. In the second CT scanning (24 hours after the first scan), a big area of low density in the region supplied by MCA was shown. Conclusions Integrating with the typical symptoms and signs, the dense artery sign of middle cerebral artery is very important in the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction.
