摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT (MSCT) Dental成像技术在磨牙区牙种植术中的临床应用价值。方法对27例磨牙区部分缺失牙患者行多层螺旋CT薄层容积扫描,重建出二维图像后导入工作站,通过专用Dental软件包及3D重建技术进行图像后处理。结果应用Dental软件及3D重建技术可以获得拟种植区颌骨的全景形态,局部牙槽骨的高度、宽度、骨质密度及牙槽骨与下颌管及上颌窦的关系,牙列的空间关系等。结论多层螺旋CT Dental成像技术是磨牙区牙种植术前设计和评估的有效工具。
Objective To Objective To investigate the applicative value of MSCT dental imaging technique in the preoperative assessment of molars for dental implantation. Methods Twenty-seven cases of agomphiasis were underwent MSCT.All the data obtained were imported to the workstation, then the Dental CT, a special software package and three-dimensional technique were used. Results Deutal CT software and three-dimensional reconstruction can display the overall view of jaw in implantation area; measure the height, width, bone density of the alveolar bone; demonstrate the relationship of alveolar bone and mandibular canal; and depict dentural spatial relation also. Conclusion MSCT dental imaging technique play an important role in the preoperative assessment of molars for dental implantation
