摘要
将多用户操作系统中的“用户”概念引入ＭＩＳ，并将其对用户进行管理的一些方法也引入了ＭＩＳ中，从而增加了ＭＩＳ的安全性．
The concept of 'user' in multiuser operation system is introduced into MIS, and so is the method of it's managing user, so security of MIS is raised.
