摘要
目的:建立大鼠Walker-256乳腺癌模型,并评价其在磁共振成像研究中应用的可行性。材料和方法:Walker-256细胞大鼠腹水瘤传代,雌性Sprague-Dawley大鼠45只,采用稀释腹水瘤腋窝皮下接种。动物成瘤后行常规及功能磁共振检查。结果:大鼠接种成功率为84.4%。成功应用于弥散加权成像100%,波谱成像69.4%,灌注成像36.1%。结论:Walker-256乳腺癌动物模型建立简单,成功率高,大鼠对实验操作耐受性好,是较理想的影像学研究动物模型。
Purpose: To establish a rat model of breast cancer and evaluate the feasibility of this model in the examination of magnetic resonance imaging.Materials and Methods: Forty-five female Sprague - Dawley rats were inoculated with Walker - 256 breast carcinoma cells subcutaneously in the armpits. The MRI examinations were performed after the tumor achieved a volume of 1.5 - 2.0 cm^3. Results: The overall rate of successful establishment of the model is 84.4% (38/ 45) . All the images (100%) were well obtained on DWI analysis. The achievement ratio for MRS is 69.4%, and that for PWI is 36.1%. Conclusion: This breast cancer rat model is easy to establish and is valuable for the using in the study of magnetic resonance imaging.
