描述了大型梭式绣花机绣品ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统的设计原理与实现技术．系统对瑞士Ｌａｓｓ－ｅｒ公司的打卡机设备进行了改造，采用ＣＣＤ固体摄象机摄取绣品图样，以电脑笔作为定点输入设备，计算机自动生成各种绣品针法，自动将针法数据以一定的数据文件格式存于计算机软盘中，驱动绣花机进行工作．实现了绣品图样输入、针法自动生成、制卡的一体化．解决了原有打卡机存在的制作周斯长、劳动强度大、自动化水平低等问题．

This paper describes the design principle and realization technology of Embroidery Machine Embroidery CAD/CAM System This system improves the embroidery machine printer of Swiss Lasser company, uses CCD video camera to get embroidery pattern, uses computer pen as input device, generates various stitches by computer and saves the stitch data in floppy automatically, which unified inputting, automatic stitch generating and data file making The shortages of the existing printers such as long printing time, high work intensity and low automation are overcome
