HQ70 工程机械用钢埋弧自动焊冷裂敏感性的研究

摘要 采用IIW推荐的插销试验法对HQ70工程机械用钢埋弧自动焊冷裂敏感性进行了研究.定量地评定了焊缝中扩散氢含量、焊接线能量和预热温度的影响,用扫描电镜观察了试件的断口形貌,从而为生产中防止产生焊接冷裂纹提供了参考依据. The implanting test recommended by IIW was used to study the cold cracking susceptibility of HQ70 steel applied to engineering machinery under condition of submerged arc welding. In order to prevent welded joint from cracking, the effects of diffusion hyarogen in weld, welding energy input and preheating temperature on the cold cracking susceptibility were studied, and fracture morphologies of specimens were observed using SEM.
