摘要
汽车工业的发展,要求大量生产Cr-Mn-B系列弹簧钢,而电炉生产60CrMnBA弹簧钢,钢中B元素控制至关重要.为提高钢的淬透性和抗疲劳性、重点分析了钢中“有效硼”含钢量的控制范围,同时介绍了电炉试生产的工艺要点及试生产结果全部达到予期目标,为大批量生产奠定基础.
This article introduces that the devepment of automobile industry requires the mass production of Cr Mn B series spring steel But in the producing of 60CrMnBA spring steel by electric arc furnace, the B elements control is the key It puts the emphasis on the analysis of controlling range of the contents of the ″effective boron″ in steel in order to improve the hardening and antifatigne of the steel, It also discrbes the key points of trial production by the electric arc furnace and the trial production results having reached the above resuts nave established the basis for mass production
