Under the current situation, an important task of the Chinese macroscopic economy regulation is solution the excess production capacity of the partial professions. This article will research the foreign theory and experience and initiate some concrete ponder of Chinese macroeconomic regulation mechanism at present, in order to provide the scientific basis in structure adjustment and the policy making of the excess production capacity of the partial professions.
