摘要
为了提高随机条件下回收物流库存控制的稳定性,提出了一种基于马尔可夫过程的库存控制分析方法。该方法将马尔可夫过程引入到回收物流的研究中,通过分析回收物流中每个节点库存的平均值,结合库存成本参数,得出了回收物流中整个供应链的成本,同时,控制了系统中未满足市场需求的销售损失及冗余的回收品数量,为再生产运作控制提供了依据。
To improve the stability of inventory controlling in returned logistics under stochastic, a Markov process method was proposed for analyzing the controlling of inventory. By introducing Markov process into the studies of returned logistics. The inventory value of each node in returned logistics was analyzed. Then the whole cost of supply chain in returned logistics was obtained. The selling losses of no meeting market demand and redundant retuned amount in the system were controlled at the same time.
