主权财富基金迅速崛起,成为全球资本市场上的重要一员,同时也引发了投资保护主义抬头。简要分析了投资保护主义的趋势和美国、德国采取的投资保护措施,提出了我国发展主权财富基金的若干建议。
Growing up rapidly, the SWFs are now playing an important role in the ：global financial market, which has also aroused the rise of investment protectionism. The article analyses the protectionism and the investment barriers in the U. S. A and Germany, meanwhile puts forward certain proposals for Chinese SWFs.
