摘要
以非灭菌土为生长基质,采用盆栽试验,研究了不同施N水平下接种AM真菌对黄芪生长和生理学特性的影响。结果表明:不同施N水平对AM真菌接种效果有显著影响,接种AM真菌能够提高黄芪根系菌根侵染率,但高N量抑制了AM真菌对黄芪根系的侵染。不同施N水平下接种AM真菌能有效提高黄芪生长量、植株叶片可溶性蛋白含量及SOD和CAT活性,但可溶性糖含量和POD活性却有所下降。施N量为50~100 mg N/ kg土时AM真菌接种效果最好。
The effects of AM fungi on the growth and physiological characters of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge under different N-applied levels in the pot culture were studied. The results showed that N-applied levels had significant influences on inoculation effect of AM fungi. Mycorrhizal infecting rate of Astragalus membranaceus was promoted after inoculation, but high N-applied could suppress it. AM fungi could increase growth amount, soluble protein content, and SOD and CAT activity of Astragalus membranaceus effectively under N-applied levels, but decrease soluble sugar content and POD activity slightly. The inoculation effect of AM fungi was the best under 50 - 100 mg N/kg soil.
