摘要
以白洋淀采集的污泥为菌种来源,通过对存在于泥样中的菌进行富集、分离、筛选、除磷率测定、PHB颗粒染色和异染颗粒染色试验,初步鉴定出6株反硝化聚磷菌。经采用钼锑抗分光光度法测定,除磷率均在50%以上。通过对这6株菌进行16S rDNA序列测定,确定菌株01074、01102、01105、01075和菌株D-52属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),01082属于微小杆菌属(Exiguobacterium)。
The sample of this experiment is from Baiyangdian lake. Six denitrifying polyphosphateaccumulating organisms are identified by enriching, isolating, screening, identifying, denitrifying polyphosphate-accumulating organisms, measuring phosphorous removal rate, PHB dyeing and achromatic granules dyeing from the soil in the district. By Mo-Sb antispetrophotography method, phosphorous removal rate is well over fifty percent. 16SrDNA analysis indicates that 01074, 01102, 01105, 01075, D-52 and 01082 of the six strains of bacteria respectively belong to Bacillus and Exiguobacteriurn .
