Evaluation on the low phosphate endurance of different soybean genotypes

摘要 采用水培方法,在低磷(LP)和高磷(HP)水平下,对河北省广泛种植的17个大豆品种进行了比较研究,旨在筛选大豆耐低磷基因型,为合理布局大豆种植品种,提高土壤磷素利用率提供试验依据。结果表明:‘中黄15’、‘中黄19’、‘Nf37’与‘中黄10’、‘冀黄13’相比,在根干重、冠干重、根系活性吸收表面积、植株磷含量、分泌性酸性磷酸酶活性等方面差异显著,确定了‘中黄15’、‘中黄19’、‘Nf37’为耐低磷基因型,‘中黄10’和‘冀黄13’为不耐低磷基因型。 A nutrient solution experiment with 17 soybean genotypes planted broadly in Hebei province was carried out to study the characteristics of phosphate absorption and to screen low phosphate endurable genotypes. The results revealed that there existed genetic variation among the tested genotypes. The different soybean genotypes exhibited differences on the root or shoot biomass, root hair active absorbing surface, phosphate efficiency and the acid phosphatase activity at low phosphate level. According to the results, three low phosphate endurable genotypes of Zhong-huang15, Zhong- huang9, Nf37 were screened out as well as two genotypes of Zhong-huang10 and Ji-huang13 which were not endurable to low phosphate stress.
