一种基于智能仪表和工业PC机的控制系统设计

摘要 介绍以工业PC机为上位机,以智能调节器和智能数显表等为基本检测控制单元,应用RS 485通讯进行数据交互,设计了1套通过RS 485数据通讯,由智能数字仪表和工业PC机构成的混合型控制系统及其硬件系统的集成和构建。控制系统的监控软件采用"组态王"KingVIEW进行开发,完成了其I/O设备、I/O变量的设置,开发了用户操作图形界面。在一套多用途精细化工实验装置上进行了试运行,结果表明控制系统运行正常,可以较好满足多种不同的精细化工产品的间歇生产工艺过程试验检测控制要求。 A kind of computer control system is designed. Its hardware system is integrated using RS- 485 communication network. It is constructed using PC bus industrial control computer as supervisory computer and taking intelligent digital controllers, intelligent digital indicators and other intelligent instruments as its basic measurement and control components. The supervisory and control software of this system is programmed using KingVIEW configuration software including its I/O device configuration, I/O variable configuration and development of its Graphical User Interface (GUI). This computer control system is implemented and operated in a multi-purpose fine chemical production pilot plant and operation tests show that it can satisfy the measurement and control requirements of the multipurpose pilot plant quite well.
