摘要
在电阻加热炉系统中,由于大滞后的存在,适宜采用内模控制的设计方法。但是这种方法对模型的依赖性很大。提出了一种模糊内模控制方法,对具有一阶滞后的系统通过模糊推理在线优化内模控制器的滤波器参数λ,达到了理想的控制效果。尤其是在控制过程中模型变化或模型与预估模型失配时,通过优化调整内模控制的滤波器参数λ,可改善系统的控制品质。
Aiming at that the system of resistance-heater with time-delay, an internal model control (IMC) method based on the filter parameter self-adjusting is proposed. The proposed fuzzy internal model control method has a perfect control performance to process of first-order plus time delay via the filter parameter regulated by fuzzy theory, especially for process under model mismatch conditions. The proposed method also can fit engineering application.
