摘要
目前现场总线系统在生产中的运用越来越广,但制约现场总线系统推广的一个主要原因是通讯信号的稳定性以及现场总线系统通信的故障判断。就现场总线系统通讯的故障诊断和常见原因分析入手,介绍了如何判断现场总线系统的通讯故障,寻找故障源,增强现场总线系统运行的稳定性,推动现场总线系统在实际生产中的运用。
Nowadays Foundation Field bus(FF) is applied in production widely. One main bottleneck to push the FF in the business is the communication signal stability. FF troubleshooting is quite different from traditional control system. The above-mentioned factor will bring enduser into doubt. Troubleshooting and normal reason analysis, how to judge the trouble of FF, trace the root reason and improve FF running stability is introduced to push FF application in practice.
