摘要
目的研究建立一套适合山东省医院高层管理人员胜任力的绩效评价指标体系。方法利用专家咨询和调查问卷相结合的方法进行资料的收集与整理。结果根据专家咨询的结果,调整要素指标,确立出一套系统的指标体系,以便为高层管理人员的选拔、考核以及提升任留等问题提供依据。结论针对我省目前医院高层管理人员绩效考核存在的模糊现况,制定了一套适合的胜任力考核指标体系,以提高医院的核心竞争力,建立人力资源管理的新模式。
Objective To establish a system for evaluation of competency of senior administrators suitable for hospitals in Shandong province. Methods The data from experts and questionaires were collected and processed. Results According to the results of expert advice to adjust factor indicators, and establish a target system to provide a basis for selection, assessment, continuation in office and promotion of administrative personnel. Conclusion Aiming at the current fuzzy situation on performance assessment for hospital executives in this province,a system for this purpose has been developed to boost the core competitive strength and establish a new model for human resource management.
