保留灌肠联合针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

RETENTION ENEMA AND ACUPUNCTURE IN ULCERATIVE COLITIS

目的探讨中西药物保留灌肠联合针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法2005年1月—2008年4月,采用中西药保留灌肠、针灸,对45例溃疡性结肠炎进行治疗,45例单纯灌肠作为对照,观察二种方法的疗效及并发症情况。按疗效进行χ2分析。结果治疗组45例中基本治愈37例(82.2%),显效5例(11.1%),有效3例(6.7%),总有效率为100%。对照组45例中基本治愈19例(42.2%),显效12例(26.7%),有效6例(13.3%),无效8例(17.8%),总有效率为82.2%。二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药保留灌肠联合针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎,疗效佳。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of retention enema and acupuncture for ulcerative colitis. Methods Since 2005, we have used the retention enema and acupuncture in treating 45 cases with ulcerative colitis. 45 cases were contrasted in retention enema treatment, and its effect and postoperative complications were observed. The therapeutic effect was analyzed with X^2 test. Results In study group of 45 cases patients,the therapeutic effect was 37 cases almost healing well（82. 2%）, 5 cases excellence（11.1%）, 3 cases effective（6.7%）, the total effective rate 100%. In the control group of 45 cases patients,19 cases were almost healed（42.2%） ,12 cases excellence（26.7%）, 6 cases effective（13.3%）. 8 cases no effective, the total effective rate was 82.2%. There was statistical difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of retention enema and acupuncture for ulcerative colitis is better in treating chronic ulcerative colitis.
