摘要
目的本研究针对老年这一特定人群,了解CRP在高血压不同级别水平变化,了解CRP对高血压的发生及病情发展的预测价值。方法选择老年高血压患者97例,按血压水平分为3个级别,正常对照组43例,测量身高、体重、血压,清晨空腹采肘静脉血测定血清CRP的水平、血总胆固醇(TG)、甘油三酯(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL),分析CRP水平与高血压发生、发展的关系。结果高血压组血清CRP水平高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.94,P<0.0001),且高血压3级组CRP高于2级和1级。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示在高血压发生、发展为不同级别过程中血压、血清CRP水平、BMI过高是危险因素。结论老年高血压患者血清CRP水平增高;老年高血压患者血清CRP水平与血压水平有关,随血压水平增高,CRP水平也相应增高;经多因素分析血清CRP水平是高血压发生、发展的危险因素,炎症参与了高血压发生、发展成为不同血压级别过程。
essential hypertension;C- reaction protein;elderly patients Abstract Objective To study the relationship between C- reactive protein(CRP)and blood pressure grades of essential hypertension(EH) in elderly patients and to observe prediction occurrence and development of EH with serum CRP concentration. Methods The serum C- reactive protein, triglyceride, total cholesterol, very low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein was measured in 97 patients with EH ,and was compared with 43 normal controls. The relationship between CRP and occurrence and development of EH was analyzed. Results The serum CRP concentration in hypertension group was higher than normal control group(t = 5.94, P〈0. 0001), rising with the blood pressure level. Logistic multivariate regression analysis revealed that EH was associated with serum CRP concentration,BMI and blood pressure, except for other confounding factors of EH. Conclusion CRP concentration is associated with EH in elderly patients, rising with the blood pressure level. CRP concentration is a risk factor in process of occurrence and development of EH. Inflammatory response plays an important role in pathogenesis of EH.
