摘要 为分析焊接过程中焊件温度场随焊接热源移动变化情况,采用ANSYS命令流编制参数化程序,动态填充热流密度表,实现移动热载荷的加载;针对薄板堆焊,选用高斯热源模型,进行了焊接温度场数值模拟.数值模拟结果表明,所采用命令流动态加载热载荷的方法,能够较好地模拟实际焊接过程中的热源移动情况;针对其他的焊缝形状和焊接方法,可通过更改命令流程序参数的设置,获得适合的移动热源移动轨迹和热源模型的数学描述,实现焊接温度场的数值模拟. In order to analyze the variation of temperature in weldment with the movement of the heat source in the process of welding, moving thermal loads were loaded properly using ANSYS command lines to design a parametric program to dynamically complete the heat flux table. The welding temperature field during thin board pile-up welding was numerically simulated using the Gaussian heat source model, and the sim^ation results show that the moving of heat source in the actual welding process can be well simulated by dynamically loading heat loads through command lines. As for other weld seal and weld process, numerical simulation of their welding temperature fields can also be realized by changing parameters in command line program, from which the moving path of the heat source can be obtained and mathematically described in the heat source model.
