反相高效液相色谱法测定氟草净
Reversed-phase HPLC for the Analysis of New Type Herbicide of 2-Difluoromethylthio-4,6-Bis(isopropyl-amino) -1,3,5-Triazin(SSH-108)
摘要
采用LC-6A高效液相色谱仪,选用色谱柱Shim-packCLC-ODS,应用反相高效液相色谱法测定了新型除草剂-氟草净的含量,回收率1004%,变异系数029~039.
The reversed-phase HPLC method for quantiative determination of SSH-108 has been described in the paper, with a colum of shim-pack CLC-ODS and mixture of methenol-water(80∶20 V/V) as the mobile phase and prometryn as the internal standard. Retention times of SSH-108 and prometryn are 6 667 and 5 812 min respectively. Resolution value between them is 1 73. The average recovery is 100 37%. The standard deviation is less than 0 5 and the coefficient of variation is less than 0 7%.
