摘要 采用RS600流变仪PP20防滑锥板测量系统,通过流变特性实验,研究低温调堵剂凝胶的黏弹特性、屈服应力特性和蠕变回复特性.实验结果表明,低温调堵剂凝胶为黏弹性体,其弹性特征强于黏性特征,损耗角始终低于45°;低温调堵剂凝胶表现出较强的屈服应力特征,屈服应力变大,达到屈服点后存在应变变软,其屈服应力随主剂质量分数的增大而增大,说明主剂质量分数大的调堵剂凝胶自身的材料胶结强度较大.调堵剂凝胶体系具有蠕变-回复特性,在定应力和相同加载时间下测得调堵剂凝胶的柔量与主剂质量分数有关,主剂质量分数小时,柔量大,调堵剂凝胶容易变形. The viscoelasticity, yield stress and creep recovery characteristic of the low temperature plugging gel are studied by means of RS600 rheometer PP20 antiskid cone and plate measuring system. The result shows that the low temperature plugging gel is a viscoelastic body, and its elastic behavior is larger than viscous characteristic, and its loss angle is always less than 45°. The low temperature plugging gel represents obvious characteristic of yield stress, which is the strain will be weak after the yield stress reaches yield point. Its yield stress value will increase along with the mass fraction augmentation of primary element, which shows that the plugging gel that contains high mass fraction of primary element is a material that can take on larger cementing strength. The plugging gel system has creep recovery characteristic. Under the fixed stress and the same time of loading, the value of the yielding is larger with the lower mass fraction of the primary element, and the plugging gel shoud be easily deformed.
