基于微波辐射的1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氟硼酸盐离子液体的合成 被引量:2

Synthesis of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquids by microwave radiation

摘要 采用未经改装的家用微波炉在无溶剂条件下经季铵化反应合成了中间体溴化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([bmim]Br),又经复分解反应合成了1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氟硼酸盐([bmim]BF4)离子液体,考察了微波功率、加热时间、原料的物料比对合成[bmim]BF4的影响,得出微波辐射合成[bmim]BF4适宜的反应条件为:n([bmim]Br)∶n(NaBF4)=1∶1.05,反应时间为5min,微波炉功率为350W,产品收率可达83.2%.用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振波谱表征结构. The intermediate 1-Butyl-3-methyl imidazolium bromide was synthesized through quaternization reaction and 1-Butyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate was synthesized through metathetical reaction in the unmodified microwave oven under the condition of free-solvents. At the same time, reaction power, time, and the ratio of reactant was studied. The optimal reaction condition is as follows: the ratio of 1-Butyl-3-methyl imidazolium bromide and sodium tetrafluoroborate 1∶1.05, the power 350 W, the reaction time 5 min,the ratio of the product is 83.2 %. The structure of products were characterized by FT-IR and 1HNMR.
