摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为核单体,丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、阳离子单体为壳单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用种子聚合技术制备阳离子聚丙烯酸酯乳液,并用红外光谱对其结构进行表征.结果表明,制备的聚合物用作纸张施胶剂和增强剂均取得较好的效果.增强剂的最佳使用条件:胶乳质量分数为1.2%,体系的pH值为7;增强剂的最佳使用条件:胶乳质量分数为0.9%~1.5%,体系的pH值为7.
A type of cationic polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by means of seeding polymerization. The emulsion copolymerization was carried out with the core monomers of butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA), the shell monomers of BA, MMA and cationic monomer and the initiator of potassium persulphate. The structure of cationic polyacrylate emulsion was characterized by FT-IR spectrum. The experimental results showed that the cationic polymer was especially suitable for use in papermaking processes as sizing agent and reinforcing agent. The optimum working conditions of cationic polymer used as sizing agent were latex dosage of 1.2% and pH=7 and used as reinforcing agent were latex dosage of 0.9%~1.5% and pH=7.
