摘要
提出一种新的双光路深反馈综合控制补偿方案,并阐述了补偿机理.该方案测头采用同轴式3层光纤结构,发射光纤为单根单模光纤,接收机构为双光路,并将深度负反馈自动控制技术和双光路接收共模抑制技术结合.实验表明,该方案设计合理,补偿后误差小于0.5%,可有效消除光源光强波动和被测件表面反射率变化等因素对系统测量精度及稳定性的影响,补偿效果明显.
A new compensation project of dual light path deep feedback integrated control is put forward in the paper, whose compensation mechanism is described. With coaxial three-layer fiber structure as the probe, a single-mode fiber as emitting fiber and dual light path as receiving section, this project combines deep feedback automation control technique with dual light path receiving and common-mode inhibition technique. The experiment indicates that the project design is proper and the error after compensation is less than 0.5%, which can eliminates the effect of light source intensity fluctuation and reflectivity variation of measured surface on the system measuring precision and the stability and has a good compensation effect.
