摘要
聚合物驱油井见聚以后,产出液为聚合物溶液与原油的混合液,黏度大,抽油杆下行阻力增加,为了解决杆管偏磨问题,在抽油杆上普遍安装了扶正器.安装扶正器后增加了流动阻力和摩擦力,影响悬点载荷.研究聚合物驱油井扶正器对悬点载荷的影响,不但可以评价安放扶正器前后抽油机悬点载荷的变化,而且可提高扶正器的安放位置的设计精度.研究表明:含聚合物的油井采出液流变特性符合幂律模式;随着聚合物质量浓度的增加,扶正器对悬点载荷的影响程度增大,扶正器对悬点最小载荷的影响远大于对悬点最大载荷的影响.
When polymer is found in polymer flooding artificial lift wells, the produced liquid is the mixture of polymer solution and crude oil, its viscosity becomes larger. The resistance of a sucker rod during down stroke increases. In order to deal with the side-abrasion of sucker rods, we generally install centralizers on sucker rods. After the installation of centralizers, the flow resistance and friction increase and which affect polished rod load. Researching the impact of centralizers on polished rod load in polymer flooding oil well, not only can evaluate the changes of polished rod load between installation of centralizer and not, but also can improve the design accuracy of centralizer location. Research shows that rheological property of produced liquid in polymer flooding oil well belongs to power-law pattern. As the increasing of polymer’s concentration, the impact of centralizer on polished rod load will increase. The impact of centralizers on the minimum polished rod load is far greater than that on the maximum polished rod load.
