摘要
在分析Gunn效应的耦合模方程组的基础上,进行截断近似.采用六耦合模方程组对微波场中Gunn振荡进行了数值计算,得到倍周期锁模特性.在微波场强度变化的一定范围内,倍周期模式锁定不变.其结果比较好.
Based on the analysis of the coupled-mode equations for the Gunn effect, a cut-off approximation is discussed. With six coupled-mode equations, the mode-locking characteristica under an externally applied microwave field are analysed. The Grnn oscillation entrains the period- doubling mode as the amplitude of microwave field is changed in a definite range.
