叶酸、VB_6、VB_(12)对糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨叶酸、VB6、VB12与2型糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的关系。方法应用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定98例糖尿病患者和31例正常人的Hcy,并同时用双标记放免法测定糖尿病患者的叶酸、维生素B12。结果2型糖尿病患者的Hcy水平显著高对正常对照组,叶酸(5mg/d)治疗组,VB12(1.5mg/d)治疗组及叶酸(5mg/d)与VB12(1.5mg/d)联合治疗组可降低糖尿病患者血中Hcy水平,VB6(90mg/d)治疗组则无此作用。结论叶酸、VB12、叶酸联合VB12治疗可降低糖尿病患者血中Hcy水平,但VB6不能。 Objective To probe the relationships between homocysteine (Hcy) and folic acid, VB6, VB12. Methods Ninety-eight diabetes mellitus (DM) patients and 31 normal persons were recruited. Fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) was used to detect Hcy, and double labelled radioimmunoassay to detect folic acid, and VB12. Results The Hcy in DM patients was decreased in folic acid(5 rmg/d) group, VB12 (1.5mg/d), group and folic acid combined with VB12 group, but not in VB6 group. Conclusion Folic acid, VB12, and folic acid combined with VB12 can reduce Hcy in DM patients, but VB6 cannot.
