摘要
从紫球藻中提取的水溶性粗多糖,用Sevage法脱蛋白后,经DEAE-纤维素52柱层析可得到纯品.利用圆形纸片法对紫球藻多糖提取物进行了抑菌实验.结果表明,紫球藻多糖提取物对稻瘟病病原菌和赤皮病病原菌有较强的抑制作用,其抗细菌活性与抗真菌活性没有明显差别,对稻瘟病病原菌的最小抑菌浓度为6.25 mg/mL.
The crude polysaccharides were extracted from Porphyridium cruentum by hot water .They were deproteinized by Sevage method for several times and purified by DEAE-cellulose. These crude extracts were tested the antibiotic activities using the agar disc diffusion method. The result showed that polysaccharides extracts from Porphyridium cruentum have strong activities against Pseudomonas fluorecens and Piricularia oryzae Cav. There were few differences between antibacterial activities and antifungal activities of polysaccharide extracts from Porphyridium cruentum. The minimum inhibition concentrations (MICs) of polysaccharides against Piricularia oryzae Cav were 6.25 mg/mL.
