The paper adopted statistics to analyze all the games of the final match of the Norway football team in the FIFA Women＇s World Cup. The result shows： Norway, which is the fourth winner of the FIFA World Cup, employed the formation of 4-4-2 and 4.5-1.And the core players are Astrid Johannessen （goalkeeper）, Marianne Paulsen （defender） and Solveig Gulbrandsen （midfielder）. Also the team takes advantage of the defensive football tactics, of which the leading ideology is defence and offence, and adopted the methods of anti robbing, closing offand man-to-man defence tactics in the former and later fielder combining with regional man-to-man defence.
