摘要
运用FDTD算法研究了含点缺陷的光子晶体波导的传输特性。首先分析了该波导的传输谱,然后动态模拟了光与波导相互作用的过程。结果表明在光子晶体波导中引入点缺陷有利于对光的控制,从而对光子晶体波导器件的设计有着一定的理论指导作用。
The transmission characteristics of 2D photonic crystal waveguide with dot defect are analyzed by Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Method. First of all, the corresponding transmission frequency spectrum is analyzed, and then a dynamic simulation is conducted over the interactive process between light and waveguide. The results show that by introducing dot defect in the photonic crystal waveguide is helpful to control light. These may give instructions to design photonic crystals waveguide devices.
