衡阳市城镇化进程中城镇土地利用环境效益研究

Study on Environmental Benefit of Land Use in Small-town of Hengyang City

城镇化背景下城镇土地利用的环境问题日益显现。合理、客观地评价城镇土地利用的环境效益,对营造优美而健康的城镇人居环境至关重要。文章构建了小城镇土地利用环境效益综合评价的指标体系,并采用多因素综合评价的方法,对衡阳市17个重要小城镇土地利用的环境效益进行了实评研究。结果表明,城镇土地利用强度、用地结构、用地布局和土地开发投入强度是影响环境效益的重要因素,它关系到城镇人居环境健康持续发展。

The environmental probelm of the urban land use appears day by day under the urbanization background. Appraise the environmental benefit of the urban land use rationally and objectively is essential to building the urban living environment beautiful and healthy. The article constructs the land index system of composite evaluation of environmental benefit of land use in small-town,adopt multifactor comprehensive method of appraisal,and go on commenting research to the environmental benefit of land use of the 17 important small town of Hengyang city. The result indicates that the intensity,the structure,the overall arrangement of urban land use and the invest intensity of land development are important influence factors of the environmental benefit ,and concerns the development of urban living environment continuously healthily.
