摘要
针对我国大型建设工程项目招标投标的实际,通过引进报高率,提出改进的Friedman模型,研究了基于模糊回归理论的投标策略模型的结构,利用模型特殊结构把复杂模型分解为两个简单的规划问题,提出投标商在几种情形下的最优投标策略,并给出了相应的实例,实例分析显示算法简单、结论最优.
In accordance with the practices of the large scale construction projects in China, an improved Friedman model is developed by the introduction of higher bidding rate. The structure of the bidding strategy model based on fuzzy regression theory is studied. Using the special structure of the model, the complicated model is decomposed into two simple programming problems, and the bidders optimal bidding strategies under several different circumstances are proposed. Examples to demonstrate the simplicity of the algorithm are given.
