老化沥青软化点与沥青质关系的理论研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据沥青老化动力学的相关研究结果,通过推导,首次得到软化点与沥青质含量之间的定量关系式:(1-w)t_s=C,为沥青老化动力学提供了理论基础。实验证实,该式可靠性良好。研究发现,老化后沥青软化点升高,是由于其类属组成和分子间作用力发生变化;由沥青四组分分析可知,沥青质是影响软化点最为重要的因素。基于软化点定义了沥青抗老化参数,它与正戊烷沥青质含量之间存在简单的线性关系,可以简洁有效的表征沥青的抗老化性能。 The correlation between the softening point (t0) and asphaltene content (w) of aged asphalt was theoretically studied by the kinetics of the aging, and an equation between t. and w was originally obtained, which was confirmed by our experiments. Analysis indicated that the changes in generic fractions and intermolecular forces of aged asphalt resulted in an increased softening point. The asphaltene was found to influence softening point more significantly than the other three generic fractions. A parameter R. was defined to characterize the anti- aging performance of asphalt, which varied linearly with the asphaltene content.
